District 2

A disease bearing city for those criminals who would bring a quick end to those which desere their punishment. Once convicted, if the criminal was sick, they were condemned to the island referred to as District 2. Recently soldiers and guards have been assigned this district to keep the diseases which effected the dragons and creatures on the island from spreading the mutations across Astrom. Some diseases at this District have mutated so much, they make sicken even the gods.
