The most wanted criminals in Astrom reside in this floating device. Quarte and Raine created it to be the perfect prison. When they insisted it be guarded by cyborgs, the ancient gods deemed it be guarded by humans. Within a year, the prison was over run and the inmates freed while the guards were massacred down to the last. The only thing which saves Astrom from some of the strongest beings it has seen is a line of mountains nested by dragons and a line of coral nested by serpents.
